Not for the faint of heart.
Amanda and I knew that someday we'd have to explain some things to the kids that we wouldn't know how to explain. Today wasn't one of those days (phew!).
Julian asked Amanda, "Momma, what are these two balls underneath my p.p.?". Amanda was caught off-guard...utterly stumped. Fortunately Julian came up with his own theory and saved the day. "I think they are to weigh me down when I jump".
"Exactly" confirmed Amanda, drawing a deep breath. Close call.
Wonder what the kids will ask next and hope they come up the answer themselves. Who thought parenting would be so exciting. HA !?!
