Seems appropriate on the kids' blogsite since without this special day they would have been born out of wedlock and I'd be confused as to whether to introduce Amanda as my 'significant other', 'partner', 'the lady I had kids with', etc. Marriage simplifies a lot. For a lot of reasons, I'm glad we did it. You'll see at least two if you look around this blogsite.
